These terms are for homeowners and other customers who open a referral link from a pro and send a request, without creating a FixRally account. Please read section 9: disputes with us are decided by individual arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days.

1. How you agree

1.1. A pro you know shared a link with you (fixrally.com/c/ followed by a private code). On that page you can give your first name, your mobile number and, if you like, your email. An unused link expires 7 days after the pro created it; ask the pro for a new one if yours has expired.

1.2. To send the request, you tick a box agreeing to these Customer Terms and the Privacy Policy (fixrally.com/privacy). The box starts unticked. We store the version you agreed to and the time.

1.3. A second, separate box lets you choose to get text messages. It is optional. You can send your request without it. See section 6.

2. What FixRally does

2.1. FixRally passes your request to pros and shows you their responses on your page.

2.2. When a pro responds, you can see who they are and how to contact them.

2.3. Pros who respond see your first name and the job details. Your mobile number and email are shared with a pro when you choose that pro. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.

3. What FixRally does not do

3.1. FixRally does not do the work. The pros are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents.

3.2. FixRally is not a party to any quote, contract, warranty or payment between you and a pro.

3.3. FixRally does not guarantee, vet or endorse pros. A badge or label means only what it says, on the date it says. It is not a promise that a pro is licensed, insured, qualified or safe.

3.4. We do not promise that any pro will respond.

4. You choose

4.1. You decide whether to hire anyone, and whom. You do not have to choose any pro.

4.2. Any agreement for work is between you and the pro. Before you hire, check the pro's license and insurance yourself. You can check a contractor's license with your state's licensing board.

5. No fees to you

FixRally does not charge you anything in this version. You pay the pro you hire directly, on terms you agree with them.

6. Text messages

6.1. We send you texts only if you tick the optional text box. After you tick it, we send one confirmation text and then up to 5 messages about that referral.

6.2. Reply STOP to stop all texts, HELP for help, START to resume. Msg & data rates may apply. Full details: fixrally.com/sms.

7. Using the page fairly

Give true information. Do not use the page to harass anyone, to send spam, or for anything illegal.

8. Disclaimers and limits

8.1. The page and FixRally are provided "as is". Sections 23 (disclaimer of warranties), 24 (limitation of liability) and 26 (release of claims between users) of our Terms of Service (fixrally.com/terms) apply to you as if you were a user. In them, "users" includes the pros you deal with.

8.2. Because you pay FixRally nothing, our total liability to you is limited to $100, to the extent the law allows.

8.3. Some states do not allow some disclaimers or limits, so some may not apply to you.

9. Disputes

9.1. Nevada law governs these terms.

9.2. Section 29 of the Terms of Service (informal resolution for 60 days, then binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, with small-claims and intellectual-property exceptions, and class action and jury waivers) applies to any dispute between you and RLHF Labs LLC. Section 30 (courts in Clark County, Nevada for disputes that are not arbitrated) and section 31 (one-year time limit, where the law allows) also apply.

9.3. Opt-out. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@fixrally.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days after you agree to these terms. Include your name and mobile number.

10. How to stop

10.1. Texts: reply STOP.

10.2. Your request and your information: email support@fixrally.com and ask us to withdraw your request or delete your information. The Privacy Policy explains what we delete and what we must keep.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you send a request applies to that request. If we make a material change, we will ask you to agree again before you send a new request.
