Common questions
- Delete your account: in the app, Me › Delete account, or on the web at fixrally.com/account/delete. Your open referrals are withdrawn right away; you have 7 days to change your mind and restore the account.
- Report someone or something: use ••• on any post, comment, message or business page. A person reviews every report, aiming to act within 24 hours.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any FixRally text, or turn texts off in Me › Text notifications. See the SMS terms.
- A customer page link doesn't open: links expire for your safety. Ask the pro who referred you to send a new one.
