FixRally Community Rules
Last updated: October 24, 2026 FixRally is operated by RLHF Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

FixRally is a place for trade pros and the people who work with them. These rules keep it useful and safe. You agree to them when you sign up, and they are part of our Terms of Service (fixrally.com/terms).
The five rules
These are the rules you see in the app before you post.
1. Zero tolerance. No objectionable content and no abusive users. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, scams and illegal content are removed and the account is banned.
2. Customers' privacy. Never post a customer's name, address or phone number in the feed. Referrals hide them for you.
3. Be real. Your own photos and your own work. No fake reviews, no fake accounts, no spam.
4. Report and block. Report anything that breaks these rules. Every post, comment, message and profile has Report. Block or mute anyone; they are not told.
5. We act within 24 hours. People review every report, remove what breaks the rules and ban the accounts behind it.
What these rules mean in practice
Zero tolerance
You will be banned, without a warning, for:
- harassment, bullying, threats or stalking, on or off FixRally, aimed at another user;
- hate speech or attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or veteran status;
- sexual content or nudity, and anything that sexualizes a minor (we report it to the authorities);
- violence, or content that encourages self-harm;
- scams, fraud, fake referrals, fake jobs or phishing;
- selling or promoting illegal goods or services, including stolen tools or parts;
- sharing someone's private information to harm or embarrass them.
Customers' privacy
- Talk about the job, not the person. "Rooftop unit, 2008, cracked heat exchanger in 89117" is fine. A customer's name, address, phone number or photo of their face is not.
- Photos of a customer's home or job need the customer's permission. Never show the house number or street.
- Customer flags and pricing talk are always Pros only. Do not screenshot them and post them elsewhere.
- Information you get through a referral is for that job only.
Be real
- Post your own photos, clips and work. If you share someone else's post or link, keep the credit to the original.
- One person, one account. Do not pretend to be another person or business.
- Your licence, insurance, prices and past projects must be true.
- No fake reviews, fake recommendations or fake referrals. Do not trade money, discounts or favors for a rating or recommendation.
- No spam: no repeated posts, mass messages, chain messages or link farming.
- Sponsored content must be labeled. Only FixRally's sponsored posts tool may be used for paid promotion (coming later).
Be useful and respectful
- Disagree with the idea, not the person.
- Answer honestly. If you are not sure, say so.
- Safety first: do not give advice that skips required permits, licences or safety steps, especially for gas, electrical, refrigerant, combustion and venting work.
- Use the "Off the clock" tag for posts that are not about work.
FixRally AI
- AI content is always labeled "FixRally AI". It never pretends to be a pro.
- AI answers can be wrong. Check them before you act on them.
- Do not try to make the AI produce content that breaks these rules.
Reporting, blocking and muting
- Report: use ••• → Report on any post, comment, message, story, profile or business page. Pick a reason and add details.
- Block: no contact and no visibility either way. Blocking also ends a connection or follow. They are not told.
- Mute: you stop seeing someone's posts. They are not told.
- Manage blocked and muted people in Me → Blocked and muted.
What we do
- A person on our team reviews every report. We aim to act within 24 hours.
- Content with a serious report, or several reports, may be hidden until we decide.
- We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban the account. Zero-tolerance violations lead to a ban.
- We let the reporter know the outcome. We never tell anyone who reported them.
- Banned people may not create a new account.
- If you think we got it wrong, email support@fixrally.com with "Appeal" in the subject line.
Changes
When we change these rules, everyone is asked to accept the new version in the app.
