FixRally Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026 FixRally is operated by RLHF Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("FixRally", "we", "us").
Page: fixrally.com/terms
Please read section 20. It requires most disputes to be settled by individual arbitration, not in court or in a class action, unless you opt out within 30 days.
1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and RLHF Labs LLC. They apply when you use the FixRally app, app.fixrally.com, fixrally.com, our customer pages, or our text messages ("FixRally").
These documents are part of these terms:
- Community Rules (fixrally.com/community-rules)
- Privacy Policy (fixrally.com/privacy)
- Referral Terms (fixrally.com/referral-terms)
- Partner Program Terms (fixrally.com/partner-terms), if you invite people or lead a group
- SMS Terms (fixrally.com/sms), if you receive our texts
By creating an account or using FixRally, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FixRally.
2. What FixRally is
FixRally is a network for trade pros (HVAC, plumbing, chimney, duct cleaning, electrical and other trades) and the people who work with them. Pros can post, ask questions, connect, and refer customers to each other.
FixRally is a platform, not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work. Pros are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any agreement for work is between the customer and the pro. Any referral fee agreement is between the referrer and the pro, under our Referral Terms.
3. Who can use FixRally
- You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.
- You must not be barred from using FixRally by law, by US sanctions, or by an earlier ban from us.
- If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it, and the business is bound by these terms too.
4. Account types
- Pro: a business, technician or agency in the trades. Pros can respond to leads and post as a business.
- Member: a homeowner, job seeker, learner, or anyone who is not a pro. Members can follow, react, comment, save, ask questions, refer people as individuals, and apply for jobs. Members cannot respond to leads or post as a business.
- Vendor: tool makers, suppliers, software companies and agencies. Vendors can post and run a page. Vendors cannot refer or take leads.
- Customer: a person who was referred to a pro. Customers use a web page from a text link and do not need the app.
A business owner can add technicians as team members. The owner controls whether a technician may refer residential customers. Only owners may refer commercial customers.
5. Your account
- Give us true, current information and keep it updated.
- One person per login. Do not share your login or create accounts for other people without their permission.
- Keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at once at support@fixrally.com if you think someone else is using your account.
- Do not create fake accounts or a new account after we ban you.
6. Community Rules and zero tolerance
You must follow the Community Rules. They are part of these terms.
FixRally has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, scams and illegal content are removed, and the account behind them is banned.
7. Your content
You own your content. Your posts, photos, clips, comments, answers, messages and profile stay yours.
You give us a license to run FixRally. You grant RLHF Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, distribute, translate, resize and format your content, for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving FixRally. This includes showing Public content on fixrally.com where search engines can find it, and showing your public posts in our own marketing of FixRally. Our service providers may use your content only to help us run FixRally.
When the license ends. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for: copies others have saved or shared within FixRally, content you posted in other people's conversations, records we must keep by law, and backup copies until they roll off.
You promise that:
- you have the rights to everything you post;
- you have the customer's permission before posting photos of their home or job, and you never post their address;
- your content does not break the law or anyone's rights.
We do not pre-screen content and are not responsible for what users post. We may review, hide, remove or refuse any content at any time.
8. Reports, moderation and blocking
- Every post, comment, message, story and profile has a Report option. Reports go to a person on our team.
- We aim to review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks the rules and ban the accounts behind it. Content with a serious report or several reports may be hidden until we decide.
- We may tell the reporter what we decided. We do not tell the reported person who reported them.
- You can block anyone (no contact and no visibility either way) or mute anyone (you stop seeing them). They are not told.
- Staff look at a private message only when it is reported, to investigate abuse or fraud, or when the law requires.
- If you think we made a mistake, email support@fixrally.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We review appeals, but our decision is final.
9. FixRally AI
Some features use AI. AI content is labeled "FixRally AI".
- AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not professional, engineering, legal, safety or code-compliance advice.
- Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, local codes, licensing rules and safe work practices, especially for gas, electrical, refrigerant, combustion and venting work.
- Answers from other pros are their own opinions. We do not check them.
- Do not put customer names, phone numbers or addresses in AI questions. See the Privacy Policy for how AI text is processed.
10. Referrals
Pros and Members can refer customers to pros through FixRally. The Referral Terms explain how referrals, fees, refunds and payouts work.
In FixRally 1.0, referrals are tracked only. No money moves through FixRally. The app records the referral, the job and the fee the pro agreed to pay, and produces statements. Any fee is paid between the referrer and the pro outside FixRally. We do not collect, guarantee or enforce tracked referral fees.
When money modes launch ("customer pays through FixRally" and "fee only"), the parts of the Referral Terms marked for those modes will apply.
Before you refer someone, you must have their permission to share their name, phone number and job details with FixRally and with pros.
11. Ratings and recommendations
- Customers may rate the pros they worked with. Pros may recommend other businesses.
- Ratings, reviews and recommendations are the honest opinions of the people who give them. FixRally does not verify or endorse them.
- Do not offer or accept money, discounts or favors for a rating or recommendation.
- Some activity is shown on your public profile, such as jobs done through FixRally, response speed, and whether you confirm tracked referrals on time.
12. Pros' responsibilities
If you offer services through FixRally, you are responsible for:
- holding every licence, registration, permit and insurance your work requires;
- following all laws that apply to your work, your advertising and any referral fees you pay or receive (some states and trades limit referral fees; you must check yours);
- your quotes, your work, your warranties and your dealings with customers;
- your taxes, including tax on referral fees and partner earnings.
13. Verification and badges
When identity checks and the verified badge launch:
- A Stripe identity check will be free and required before you can take part in money features.
- The verified badge will be optional, cost $29 a year, and include licence, insurance and a background check on the business owner, re-checked at renewal. Background checks need your separate consent.
- A badge or a verified identity is not a guarantee of a pro's work, honesty or current licence status. Customers and pros should use their own judgment.
14. Paid features (coming later)
FixRally 1.0 is free and has no payments. Later we plan to offer:
- subscriptions (Pro and Business plans);
- the verified badge;
- paid referral modes (see the Referral Terms);
- paid consults between pros;
- paid courses in FixRally Academy;
- profile boosts, extra posts and AI questions;
- sponsored posts for Vendors and businesses.
When they launch:
- prices and what you get will be shown before you buy;
- subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current period;
- fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Referral Terms or required by law;
- payments and payouts run through Stripe. You must also accept Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement if you receive payouts;
- purchases made through Apple or Google follow their payment and refund rules.
FixRally credit can be used only for AI questions, extra posts, profile boosts and course promotion. It cannot buy subscriptions, fees or consults. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, except as the law requires.
15. Things you must not do
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Post or send anything the Community Rules forbid.
- Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your licence, insurance, business or work.
- Make up referrals, customers, quotes, jobs, ratings or recommendations.
- Use FixRally to get around referral fees you agreed to pay, for example by contacting a lead's customer outside FixRally before they choose you.
- Scrape, crawl or collect data from FixRally, or use bots or automated accounts.
- Copy, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with FixRally or its security.
- Send spam, chain messages or unsolicited advertising.
- Use people's information from FixRally for anything other than the job or conversation it was shared for.
16. Our property
FixRally, its software, design, logos and the name FIXRALLY belong to RLHF Labs LLC. We give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and site as these terms allow. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.
17. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on FixRally infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent with: your contact details, the work, where the infringing content is, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that your notice is accurate, and your signature. Under penalty of perjury you must be the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Copyright agent: [name and address — to be registered with the US Copyright Office]. Email: support@fixrally.com.
We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
18. Disclaimers
FIXRALLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not promise that FixRally will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that leads will turn into jobs, or that any user, pro, customer, answer or AI output is accurate, qualified or trustworthy. We are not responsible for the work pros do, for payments between users outside FixRally, or for what users say or do on or off FixRally.
19. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:
- RLHF LABS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL;
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY OR LOSS ARISING FROM WORK DONE BY A PRO OR FROM RELYING ON ANY ANSWER OR AI OUTPUT;
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO FIXRALLY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FIXRALLY (NOT COUNTING MONEY PASSED THROUGH TO OTHER USERS) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.
20. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver
[Lawyer to confirm this entire section: provider, rules, fee allocation, mass-arbitration terms and enforceability.]
Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, email support@fixrally.com with a description of the dispute. We will try to resolve it informally within 60 days.
Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and RLHF Labs LLC agree that any dispute relating to FixRally or these terms will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or Commercial Arbitration Rules if you use FixRally for a business). The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration may be held by video or in Clark County, Nevada, or in the county where you live.
Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either side may go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Class action waiver. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court and not to arbitration.
Jury waiver. If a claim goes to court, you and we waive the right to a jury trial, to the extent the law allows.
Opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration section by emailing support@fixrally.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with your name, the email or phone number on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.
21. Governing law and courts
Nevada law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
22. Indemnity
You will defend and hold harmless RLHF Labs LLC and its owners, employees and agents from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your work for customers, your referrals, your breach of these terms, or your breach of law or anyone's rights.
23. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using FixRally and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close your account, remove content, or limit features at any time if you break these terms or the Community Rules, if we suspect fraud, if the law requires, or to protect users or FixRally. For zero-tolerance violations we act without warning.
- When we close an account for fraud or a serious violation, we may hold or cancel amounts not yet paid out, as the Referral Terms and Partner Program Terms allow.
- Sections that by their nature should survive (including 7, 15 to 22, and amounts owed) survive termination.
24. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app (Me → Delete account) or on the web.
- Your content is hidden from everyone right away.
- Your open referrals are withdrawn right away and hidden from other pros.
- For 7 days you can restore your account. The grace period only restores the account; it does not reopen referrals or keep content visible.
- After 7 days, your content and login are permanently deleted. We keep the limited records described in the Privacy Policy.
- Deleting your account does not cancel money you already owe or that is owed to you. When payments launch, unpaid earnings follow the payout rules in the Referral Terms.
25. App stores
If you downloaded FixRally from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and RLHF Labs LLC, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for FixRally or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also follow the app store's terms of use.
26. Changes to FixRally and these terms
We may change FixRally at any time, including adding, changing or removing features. We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect and may ask you to accept the new version before you keep using FixRally. Changes do not apply to disputes already pending.
27. General
- These terms and the documents in section 1 are the whole agreement between you and us about FixRally.
- If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived it.
- You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them in a merger, sale or reorganization.
- We can send notices in the app, by email or by text. You can send notices to support@fixrally.com.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
