FixRally referral and account notifications
What it is
FixRally sends text messages about referrals and accounts. We do not send marketing texts.
Who receives messages
Customers who are referred to a pro. When someone refers you to a pro on FixRally, we send you one text that names the person who referred you and asks whether you want to be contacted about the job. We send nothing else unless you reply YES. After you reply YES, you get messages about that referral only: for example, a reminder to choose a pro, updates from pros, a link to your referral page, and a check that the job happened.
Pros. Pros receive account notifications (for example, new leads and referral updates) only if they opt in by ticking an unchecked box in the app. Opting in is not required to use FixRally.
How often
- Customers: up to 5 messages per referral.
- Pros: up to 10 messages per week, depending on referral activity near you.
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP to stop all messages. We will send one text confirming you are unsubscribed, then nothing more.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Reply START to receive messages again.

Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. FixRally does not charge for these texts.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and consent
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
